Believe
Southport Baptist Church
believes, very strongly, that missions isn't just an arm
of the local church, but
is the
very reason for the local church. Our effort to obey
the Lord's
direction to be witnesses unto the ends of
the earth includes eight
missionary families, three missions agencies, two Bible
colleges, a Bible camp, an
agency that equips nationals to minister to their own people, and
a women's
pregnancy center. Many of our
missionary families are sharing
the gospel in
sensitive areas.
Because the Internet is accessible by
anyone anywhere, we
will be withholding
information about some
at their request.
Individual Families
The church
members recently voted unanimously to begin monthly support of
another missionary family. However, because of the sensitive
field to which
God has sent them, we can't tell you anything about them. God
knows. Please pray.
